The most flexible companies to work for in 2022

The Flexa 100 celebrates the top 100 most flexible companies in the world, scoring them for key markers of flexibility including place of work, hours, frequency of travel, parental leave, and even dog-friendly offices.

That score is then combined with the results of an employee perception index. Employees were invited to ‘mark’ their workplace on key cultural indicators such as work/life balance, ability to access benefits, support for working flexibly, and so on.

These combined scores were then ranked. Primary PPA Cover, based in Ashby-de-la-Zouche, scored 96% on the benchmarking score, and an impressive 100% on the employee benchmarking score. In addition to its “pawternity leave”, employees enjoy sabbaticals, enhanced paternity and maternity leave, work from anywhere scheme, unlimited annual leave, and fertility treatment leave, among other benefits.
